Today the kids and I started the couch to 5K program together. Day 1.1 done! The kids did well with it and hopefully we'll be able to keep them going. (And, yes, I realize that I started this on a 38 deg day.)
they are run/walking so far. The first week is run for 60s, walk for 90s x8 with a 5m warm-up/cool down. We'll see how they do as things progress though. I figure we can always do a week more than once if it's not going well.

Do you have then running/walking with you? Or are they following along on their bikes?
